1. Return Policy
Our goal is to make returns as simple and fair as possible while maintaining the quality and safety of the parts we sell.
Eligibility for Returns
- All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.
- Products must be in resalable condition, meaning the part is unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and includes all original components, packaging, labels, and documentation.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required for all return requests.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Engines, transmissions, or major powertrain components once installed or modified.
- Parts damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accident.
- Consumables and wear items, such as filters, belts, hoses, gaskets, and fluids.
- Special-order parts or custom-configured components unless defective on arrival.
Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: Returns must be approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without an RMA may not be accepted.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. LKQ Motors is not responsible for damage during transit back to us.
- Ship the Item: Send via a trackable carrier. Keep your tracking number for reference.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received, the part will be inspected. Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method, minus a restocking fee of up to 30% if applicable.
Note: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Deposits on special or custom orders are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations whenever possible.
Before Shipping
- Orders can be canceled in full if they have not yet been shipped.
- Contact us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payments received will be fully refunded, except for deposits on special orders.
After Shipping
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Customers must follow the standard return process if they wish to return shipped items.
Important: Timely communication is essential. Contact LKQ Motors immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order to avoid complications or additional charges.

- Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Special orders or high-demand parts may require additional time, which will be communicated at purchase.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Expedited and priority shipping options are available for faster delivery.
- LKQ Motors is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Damage & Claims
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- Report any damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 48 hours with photos if possible.
- LKQ Motors will assist with claims, replacement, or repair for items damaged in transit.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Customers must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
- Any costs associated with address corrections or missed deliveries due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
- Signature may be required for high-value parts.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, LKQ Motors only ships within the United States.
- We do not process international orders at this time.
